Wruff3D Terms of Service

These terms are in place to protect both the integrity of Wruff3D’s work and the experience of our customers.

File Formats & Usage Notice

Unless otherwise stated (e.g., in the RBXM Pack), all models are provided in .OBJ format only. These are not pre-configured for Roblox and are intended for general use in video games, 3D renders, and modding applications.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the requirements of their intended platform or software. Wruff3D does not provide model conversion services. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you possess the necessary skills and tools to import or convert the files for your personal use.

Wruff3D does not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for issues related to file incompatibility or conversion difficulties.

Digital Product Notice

All products sold by Wruff3D are digital 3D models delivered electronically. These are not physical items, toys, or tangible products.

Upon purchase, you will receive downloadable files in the specified format (usually .OBJ). No physical goods will be shipped.

Please ensure you understand this before placing an order. If you are seeking physical collectibles, these products will not meet that need.

1.1A – Stock Trucks License

When purchasing a stock truck model from Wruff3D, you are granted an editorial, non-commercial license.

This license prohibits the following actions:

• Reselling or redistributing the model
• Extracting or modifying assets for resale
• Leaking files or sharing them publicly
• Any activity that may harm Wruff3D’s sales, intellectual property, or reputation

2.1 – Sales and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once the files have been delivered to the customer, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
